The primary change during this period was the launch of a new website designed around stronger site architecture, service targeting, content structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
THE CLIENT

Senior Estate Concierge is a Houston-area company that helps seniors and their families navigate the practical challenges that come with moving, downsizing, and managing a home or estate. The company provides a range of specialized services, including senior moving assistance, home organizing, estate sales, junk removal, and handyman services. By coordinating multiple needs through one trusted resource, Senior Estate Concierge helps simplify major life transitions and gives families greater peace of mind during what can often be an overwhelming process.
THE CHALLENGE
A website can look modern and still underperform in search.
Before the redesign, the website had existing Google visibility, but its structure wasn't giving search engines the clearest possible understanding of:
-
What services the company offered
-
Which pages were most important
-
How individual services related to one another
-
Which search intents each page should satisfy
-
How authority should flow throughout the site
-
Which pages deserved visibility for non-branded searches
Rather than treating SEO as something to add after the website was completed, the new site was built with organic search visibility incorporated into the architecture from the beginning.
The objective wasn't simply to make the website look better.
The objective was to build a website Google could understand better.
THE STRATEGY
1. Build the Website Around Search Intent
Each primary service was given a clearly defined role within the site's architecture.
Instead of relying on generic or poorly targeted service pages, the new website was structured so individual pages could align more closely with the actual searches potential customers were performing.
This gave Google clearer signals about which page should rank for which topic.
2. Strengthen Individual Service Pages
Service pages were developed and optimized around their respective topics rather than functioning as short descriptions of the company's offerings.
On-page optimization included elements such as:

-
Search-focused page targeting
-
Improved heading structure
-
More comprehensive service content
-
Semantic topic coverage
-
Page titles and metadata
-
Internal linking
-
Clearer URL architecture
-
Conversion-focused page structure
-
Improved contextual relevance
The objective was to create pages capable of functioning as authoritative search destinations — not simply sales brochures.
3. Improve Site Architecture and Internal Relationships
Google evaluates individual pages, but it also attempts to understand the website as a whole.
The redesigned architecture created stronger relationships between the company's primary services and supporting pages.
Internal links helped establish:

-
Service hierarchy
-
Topical relationships
-
Priority pages
-
Context between related services
-
Easier discovery and crawling
This gave search engines a clearer map of the business.
4. Focus on Non-Branded Discovery
Ranking for the company's own name is valuable, but it isn't the primary measure of SEO growth.
The larger opportunity is reaching people who don't already know the company exists.
The new website was therefore structured to capture searches related to the services themselves.
That distinction became especially important when evaluating the results.
THE RESULTS
Google Search Visibility Increased 85%
During the 52 days before launch, the site generated approximately:
9,080 Google Search impressions
During the first 52 days after launch:
16,800 impressions
That's an increase of approximately:
85%
The website went from appearing in Google roughly 175 times per day to approximately 323 times per day.
That's nearly 150 additional search appearances every day.
And it happened without an off-page SEO or backlink-building campaign.
Organic Clicks Increased 27%
Organic clicks increased from:
111 → 141
A 27% increase in visits from Google Search.
The growth in impressions significantly outpaced clicks, which is common during the early stages of search expansion.
Google began exposing the website to a much larger universe of searches, many of which initially appeared outside the highest-click positions.
As those rankings mature, the opportunity exists for click growth to follow.
The Site Began Ranking for Far More Searches
One of the most important changes wasn't simply additional impressions.
It was the number of different Google searches for which the website became visible.
Queries generating impressions
Before: 678
After: 1,047
That's a:
54% increase in search-query visibility
During the post-launch period, 696 queries appeared that had generated no impressions during the previous comparison period.
This indicates that Google's understanding of the website expanded substantially following launch.
Top-10 Rankings Increased 58%
The expansion wasn't limited to low-ranking searches.
The number of queries ranking within Google's first 10 positions increased from:
134 → 212
That's approximately:
+58%
Top-20 visibility increased even faster:
184 → 310
A:
+69% increase
And the number of queries ranking within the Top 50 nearly doubled:
353 → 697
A:
+98% increase
The website wasn't simply appearing more often.
It was building substantially more meaningful search visibility.
Service-Page Visibility Increased 201%
Because the redesign changed some of the site's URL structure, simply comparing new URLs against old URLs would exaggerate the results.
To create a more accurate comparison, both the legacy service URLs and newly rebuilt service URLs were grouped together.
Combined service-page performance
Before launch

-
5,128 impressions
-
14 clicks
After launch

-
15,455 impressions
-
62 clicks
That represents:
+201% service-page impressions
and
+343% service-page clicks
This is especially important because service pages are among the website's highest-commercial-intent assets.

WHAT THIS CASE STUDY DEMONSTRATES
SEO doesn't begin with backlinks.
It doesn't begin with publishing dozens of blog posts.
And it shouldn't begin months after a website launches.
The technical structure, information architecture, content strategy, internal linking, and optimization of the website itself establish the foundation Google uses to understand the business.
In just 52 days following launch, this website experienced:
-
85% more search visibility.
-
27% more organic clicks.
-
58% more Top-10 queries.
-
201% more service-page impressions.
-
126% more non-branded query impressions.

And those results occurred before implementing a broader off-page SEO campaign.
The Takeaway
A website redesign should do more than improve how a company looks online.
It should improve how easily customers — and search engines — can understand what the company does.
By incorporating SEO into the foundation of the website rather than treating it as an afterthought, the business began reaching substantially more potential customers within weeks of launch.
And these results represent only the first 52 days.
The next phase is turning that rapidly expanding search visibility into even more Top-10 rankings, clicks, leads, and revenue as Google's understanding and trust of the new website continues to develop.
Methodology
Performance was measured using Google Search Console over two equal 52-day periods:
Post-launch: July 2–August 22, 2026
Comparison period: May 11–July 1, 2026
Sitewide clicks and impressions are based on Google Search Console's property-level performance data. Query and page analyses use Google's reported query- and page-level exports. Google may omit certain anonymized query data, so detailed query totals may not exactly reconcile with property-level totals.
No backlink-building or off-page SEO campaign was conducted during the measured post-launch period.
